This sumptuous route, passing through one of the wildest regions of the Nepal, is surely the most beautiful we have achieved among all our tours at high altitude.
Camp at the Mera, followed by the difficult ascent of Mera Peak, which offers an unforgettable spectacle on the giants of the Khumbu: Everest, Lhotse, Kanchenjunga, the Pumori. Then we switch in the valley, one of the most isolated of the Nepal Hunku. It will lead us to the glacial lakes of Panch Pokkari, turquoise gems located at the foot of the Baruntse (7220 m). Of these meccas emanates a rare feeling of isolation. We will finish this trek by crossing the Amphu Laptsa, incomparable view of the South face of Lhotse, one of the last myths of mountaineering of the 1980s. The descent through the villages of the upper Khumbu will add a cultural note to this trek, with a visit to the monasteries of Pangboche and Tyangboche.
