J1 - J2: Arrival in Kathmandu. Hotel comfort.
J3 - J4: flight to Dolpo, beginning of the trek.
J5 - J9: Tarakkot and Tara Khola, former village fortress Valley, we follow along the khola towards Dho Tarap.
J10 - J13: Dho-Numa La-Phoksumdo. We leave the Valley Dho Tara, we cross the Col de Kayode to 5240 m, and descend to Phoksumdo Lake at 3600 m.
J14 - J16: Valley of Sulli, we drive along the Sulli Khola to join Juphal.
J17 - J20: return to Kathmandu, visit of the city.
